By accessing and using CoreBuild CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

CoreBuild CRM provides:

• Customer relationship management tools
• Lead management and tracking
• Integration with Google Calendar, Facebook Lead Ads, and WhatsApp
• Analytics and reporting features
• Team collaboration tools

User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the system
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with Google, Facebook, and WhatsApp. By using these integrations:

• You agree to comply with their respective terms of service
• You grant us permission to access your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Facebook's Platform Policy
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings
• We never sell your third-party data to unauthorized parties

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• No refunds for partial months of service
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

CoreBuild CRM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be disabled
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days
• Data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
